Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical solutions that translate business requirements and payroll processes into functional designs within the SuccessFactors Payroll platform.
  • Ensure seamless integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and other HR modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, and Benefits.
  • Recommend best practices for payroll processing, including tax calculations, deductions, bonuses, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and other HRIS systems, SAP modules.
  • Ensure smooth data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong experience working as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical role.
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM, with a focus on Payroll and HR solutions.
  • Familiarity with payroll integrations and interfaces.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management) is a plus.
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement experience.

Benefits and Salary:

  • $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
