About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team in ATLAS Recruitment Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all payroll-related tasks, ensuring seamless integration with the company's accounting and HR systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Payroll Processing: Utilise Jobpac software (or similar) to manage payroll and ensure accuracy in pay slips, tax queries, leave entitlements, and deductions.
  • Financial Management: Process management accounts, reconcile accounts, and provide cash flow for the business.
  • Accounting Integration: Ensure seamless integration with the company's accounting system.
  • Tax Compliance: Maintain strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including PAYG, Superannuation, and other statutory requirements.
  • Employee Support: Address employee queries professionally and provide timely responses.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Senior Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Construction industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Jobpac software (or similar) is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
