About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Allergan Aesthetics. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in representing our Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within your area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets within the assigned territory by building and developing business relationships with customers.
  • Business Planning: Design clearly executable business plans for territory and key accounts aligned with cycle marketing strategy and promotional programs to drive rapid uptake within accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop business opportunities utilizing AbbVie's selling framework with new and existing clients to build/maintain product loyalty and increase market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular business plan/sales reviews, including market share analysis and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly to ensure execution of the plans is on track.
  • Therapeutic Area Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant human anatomy and how each product is best used, as well as an in-depth understanding of Allergan and competitor product range.
Requirements
  • Education: Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications within Science or Healthcare.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in a specialty representative selling role working within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
