Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team.

This role involves efficiently managing guest reservations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing room occupancy, and contributing to the overall success and reputation of our hotel.

Your primary objective will be to provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining an updated and organized reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Process and confirm guest room reservations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide guests with information about room availability, rates, and hotel facilities, exceeding their expectations through effective communication.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate and efficient handling of guest inquiries.
  • Assist in managing and updating the hotel's database of guest information, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are accommodated, promoting a positive and memorable guest experience.
