Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled National Reserves Manager to play a critical role in developing a secure, sustainable, and future-ready reserves and resources base.

As a key member of our Aggregates business, you will lead the national Reserves & Resources Replenishment strategy and delivery, collaborate with site operations, technical teams, and business leaders to influence positive business outcomes, identify future resource opportunities, and inform long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the national Reserves & Resources Replenishment strategy and delivery.
  • Sign off or contribute to Reserve & Resource reporting in line with JORC (2012).
  • Collaborate with site operations, technical teams, support processes and business leaders to influence positive business outcomes.
  • Identify future resource opportunities and inform long-term planning.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental and reporting standards.
  • Deliver annual reporting via Holcim's global Aggregates Reserves Management process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences or Mining Engineering.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Extractive Industries or relevant experience.
  • 15+ years in Exploration, Mine Geology or Technical Services, or relevant Aggregates industry experience.
  • Membership (or eligibility) with AusIMM or AIG.
  • Recognised or eligible as a Competent Person (JORC 2012) or equivalent reporting code.
  • Demonstrable strong experience in geological modelling, resource evaluation, project delivery and program management.
  • Experience working across operational and leadership teams, influencing positive outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness and strong stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Proficiency in industry-relevant modelling software, modern business platforms and ERP systems.
