We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support the handling of guestroom reservations. This role drives revenue and increases market share across rooms, beverage & food, spa, and other revenue-generating sources in line with our brand standards.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to build a career with us and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email, and social channels.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
  • Accommodate and document special requests.
  • Maintain guest history, update, and ensure the latest information is retained in the record.
  • Be proficient in answering questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
  • Use sales techniques when assisting guests in making reservations.
  • Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
  • Promote loyalty program.
  • Maximise upselling opportunities where possible.
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, personal time management, and build a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience in reservations/front office.
  • Knowledge of property management system advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and Microsoft Office skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational and interpersonal skills and prioritisation of tasks.
