Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training reservations team members, ensuring that all guest interactions are of the highest standard. They will also be responsible for coordinating group bookings, managing room allotments, and providing exceptional customer service.

About The Role
  • Supervise and train reservations team members to ensure high standards of service.
