Finance & Office Manager Role

We are seeking a Finance and Office Manager to oversee everyday bookkeeping, payroll, and office administration duties.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, great with numbers, and possess excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities will include managing ATO compliance, accounts payable and receivable, credit card statements, and daily reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all ATO compliance, including Quarterly BAS, Monthly PAYG, Superannuation, and EOFY Reporting
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Management of Credit Card Statements and daily reconciliations
  • Monthly payroll
  • Reconciliation of Events Budget & management of the Overheads Budget
  • Management of office infrastructure suppliers
  • EA support for the Company Director
  • Provide effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Undertake research for the business
About The Role
