The Role: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects and agency operations. This role will bring a passion for creativity, design, and detail to the team, working closely with project teams, contributing to all stages of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project management and delivery, ensuring outcomes are met, producers are supported, and client expectations are surpassed.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to build positive relationships.
  • Foster client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clients' expectations are exceeded and all deliverables are achieved.
  • Manage project budgets to meet profit targets and financial outcomes.
  • Support creative, design, and production deliverables and timelines, ensuring THE WORLD OF standard is met.
  • Contribute to the research and development of client proposals, including proposal documentation, budgeting, feasibility, and sourcing.
  • Work collaboratively to support the Director, Creative Director, and Head of Projects and Head of Production as needed.
