About the Role

Valiant is a fintech start-up based in Surry Hills, expanding rapidly to become the market leading small business broker in Australia. Key Responsibilities

  • Settle warm inbound opportunities and prospect a nurture book of previously settled clients
  • Maintain relationships with previously settled clients to create a pipeline of repeat business
  • Help small business owners compare and apply for finance from over 85+ lenders, including the 4 big banks
  • Consistently deliver excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 year sales experience, either face-to-face or phone-based
  • Hungry for progression and uncapped commissions
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve set targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Keen interest in learning about finance
  • Natural ability to build real, meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
