The Role: Associate Producer

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our team. As an Associate Producer, you will play a key role in bringing our vision to life, working closely with our creative and production teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of innovative concepts and proposals that showcase our expertise in experiential marketing and design.
  • Oversee and manage various aspects of our projects, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards and timelines are met.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their expectations are exceeded.
  • Source, brief, and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring that we maximize value while maintaining the integrity of our creative vision.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

  • Sydney-based, with the ability to work from our Surry Hills office 5 days a week.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong work ethic and passion for events.
