We're looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Broker to join our fast-growing team. If you've got a knack for connecting business owners with tailored finance solutions and thrive in a high-performing, dynamic environment, this could be your perfect fit. Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and structure loans for small businesses and property investors
  • Build strong referral partnerships with brokers, consultants, and legal professionals
  • Assess loan applications, perform financial analysis, and evaluate risk
  • Guide clients through funding options, providing expert advice on loan structures
  • Collaborate with lenders to fast-track approvals and deliver seamless experiences
  • Stay across industry trends and regulations to keep clients informed

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of commercial loan writing or 1+ year as a mid-market credit analyst
  • Solid understanding of commercial lending products and processes
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients
  • Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work autonomously
