Business Growth Specialist

Overview

The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for the expansion and advancement of allied health services across the Aged Care and NDIS sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with a vast network of Aged Care and NDIS service providers.
  • Keeping comprehensive records of business activities and account management.
  • Conducting sales presentations to clients.
  • Responding promptly and proactively to queries raised by clients.
  • Establishing partnerships with key referral partners.
  • Identifying potential clients and seeking new business opportunities.
  • Conducting regular business reviews to assess opportunities for growth.
  • Attending industry workshops, networking events, and expos.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, cold-calling, and lead generation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to clearly present data and information.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Adept at using and adapting to new CRM tools.
  • Full drivers' licence.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
