Community Engagement Specialist

NSW Department of Education is seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to support schools in developing strong community relationships and improving student outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • SUPPORT SCHOOLS IN BUILDING STRONG COMMUNITY TIES
  • DEVELOP APPROACHES TO IMPROVE STUDENT OUTCOMES
  • WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH TEACHERS, LEADERS AND OTHER STAFF TO ADVANCE THE WELLBEING OF ABORIGINAL PEOPLE

The ideal candidate will have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. They will also possess a deep understanding of the importance of community engagement in education.
