Organizational Change Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves leading the development and delivery of organizational change and training activities using proven methodologies such as CYNERGY, PROSCI, and OC&T.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality project deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Manage complex client relationships through effective communication and provide recommendations to drive successful projects.
  • Support internal initiatives to drive broader improvements across areas of expertise.
  • Provide feedback and support to junior resources on project work.
  • Contribute to sales efforts, including responding to RFPs and participating in Orals.
  • Serve as a Training or Culture Buddy for new hires.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience with Workday
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Successful completion of 1-3 end-to-end projects as the OC&T Lead
  • Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is an advantage
