We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a Creative Force in Event Planning, you will deliver memorable client events, showcasing your creativity, expertise, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Event Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify client requirements, develop event concepts, and execute successful client and staff events that align with our Business Development goals.
- Financial Acumen: Manage annual budgets and individual event expenses, ensuring efficient resource utilization and maximizing supplier agreements.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices to inform event planning decisions and drive innovation.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution and exceed client expectations.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Prior Experience: Proven track record in end-to-end event management, including in-person and hybrid events.
- Client Focus: Ability to work closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored events that meet their needs.
- Innovation: Capacity to think creatively and translate external trends into engaging events that resonate with our audience.
- Financial Savvy: Strong understanding of budget management and ability to negotiate with suppliers.
