As an Event Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth setup, execution, and pack-down of events across our property.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic Events team. You will be responsible for setting up and packing down tables, bars, drink stations, buffets, stages, various floor coverings, walls, and curtains to ensure that every aspect of our events runs smoothly and is set up for success.

As an Event Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and packing down equipment, including furniture, bars, and staging
  • Maintaining the warehouse and storage rooms, as well as back-of-house areas
  • Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot any issues that may arise and problem-solve to the best of your ability
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in events or warehouse service field
  • An understanding of safe work practices and the ability to follow procedures and processes
  • A current Forklift Licence and Pallet Jack experience (advantageous but not required)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
