
Front Office Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead our Front Office and Concierge teams.
This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for leading the check-in and checkout experience, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining daily reports.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Opera, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with team members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Front Office and Concierge teams
- Maintain daily reports and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Conduct operation briefings and meetings
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with hotel operations software, including Opera
