Customer Retention Specialist Role
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic retention plans to drive customer growth and engagement. Your focus will be on using CRM automation and triggered campaigns to personalize and optimize the customer journey.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and execute comprehensive retention strategies and annual plans to boost customer retention and growth.
- Design and deliver targeted campaigns to improve customer tenure and reduce churn rates.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and execute targeted Adhoc campaigns aligned with broader Marketing and Product strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure CRM strategy is aligned with overall Marketing Strategy and Product Roadmap.
- Use MA platforms to A/B test content, channels, and timings to personalize and optimize the customer journey and maximize open rates and click-through rates.
- Manage end-to-end build and delivery of retention campaigns and automation journeys across multiple channels.
- Experience in data-driven marketing, customer lifecycle management preferably in telecommunications, financial, or membership-based industries.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong independent and collaborative problem solver, a lateral thinker capable of translating creative thoughts to impactful executions.
You will need to have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, as well as experience using data to enable marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Pega.
Advantageous: Experience working in an Agile approach and using Jira and Confluence are a plus.
A strong bias for action and ownership – accountable for seeing things through, along with advanced knowledge and experience using data to enable marketing automation platforms, are highly valued.
