We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to develop and execute customer retention strategies across Australia, New Zealand, and the APAC region.
This role involves leading CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion. As a key member of our digital team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create data-led strategies, optimize lifecycle journeys, and ensure messaging is relevant and performance driven.
- Develop and execute CRM strategy across ANZ and broader APAC markets
- Plan, deploy, and manage email marketing campaigns
- Manage database health and drive database growth
- Analyse CRM performance and inform decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and tools
To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within Retail or a like industry, with a strong understanding of the Australian & New Zealand digital market. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and proven CRM platform experience are also essential.
