Are you looking for a role that combines excellent customer service skills with a fast-paced corporate environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Guest Relations Team as a Senior Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest arrivals and lobby hosting, providing assistance and support to the Reception and Switchboard teams, and coordinating same day catering, audio visual, and equipment requirements requested by clients.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong organisational and time management skills, high-level attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you have experience in a corporate or five-star hotel environment, or event management, this could be the ideal role for you.

About the Role

Job Description
  • Manage all guest arrivals and lobby hosting for a seamless arrival experience
  • Provide assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard teams, including complaint handling, feedback management, standards and client service delivery
Key Responsibilities
  • Rotating across locations as required and overseeing the day-to-day functions
  • Co-ordinating same day catering, audio visual, and equipment requirements requested by clients
  • Managing MRBS – booking same day reservations, cancellations, and amendments to bookings as per client requests
  • Supporting the Guest Relations Executive with administrative duties or project work as required
  • Providing leadership support in the absence of the Guest Relations Executive/Manager for reports, BCP auditing, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and time management skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Complaint handling – able to resolve problems as they arise in an appropriate manner
  • Experience in a corporate or five-star hotel environment or event management
