About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Talentpath.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment, HR support, and administration. As a key member of our People team, you will play a vital role in supporting employees across the full lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, interview coordination, reference checks, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Teacher and Student Support: Coordinate student teacher placements, liaise with universities, and provide support to teachers throughout the process.
  • Inductions: Organize and deliver monthly new staff induction sessions.
  • HR and Admin Support: Oversee the talent inbox, maintain HRIS systems, ensure compliance with qualifications, and provide general HR administrative support.
  • Office Engagement: Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and engaged office space.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in HR or a related field, with experience in recruitment processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A solid understanding of HR practices, whether through practical experience or relevant qualifications.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.
