About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced APAC Business Development Director to join our team at Redholt. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction across our portfolio of enterprise customers in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Leadership: Identify and capitalize on short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities to achieve set growth targets and maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Stakeholders Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive customer relationships, to execute account development plans and mitigate risks.
  • Commercial Governance: Ensure commercial excellence in the management of growth opportunities, from sales process to post-sales support, and manage key accounts with a profit-and-loss (P&L) mentality.
  • GTM Planning: Characterize buyer personas, assist in market research, and build perspective client profiles to inform effective value messaging and stakeholders' management.
Requirements
  • Results-oriented and enthusiastic to learn, with a strong ability to execute plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Financial services background and experience with HubSpot are beneficial but not essential.
