About the Role
As our Director of Global Payroll Sales in APAC, you will lead a team of sales managers and account executives, developing strategies to drive growth and expansion in the region.
You will be responsible for managing, coaching, and scaling your team, as well as driving sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and scale the APAC region
- Manage and coach a team of sales managers and account executives
- Drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Lead the hiring process and train new team members
Requirements
- High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a 2nd line leader and selling to multiple regions across APAC
- Decisive and able to make quick decisions
- Experience selling into high-velocity organizations and selling both transactional and strategic deals
- Track record of success in similar roles at SaaS companies
- Experience selling B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for HR tech industry
