About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Division Director to join our APAC Business Development team at Macquarie Bank Limited. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing new relationships with key clients in the metals and energy sector, primarily focusing on the ANZ market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the APAC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, including metals producers and consumers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the onboarding of new clients and the execution of trades.
  • Manage credit risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record of generating revenue and building business.
  • Strong relationship building qualities, with the ability to manage both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Innovative approach to business development, with a focus on identifying new products, angles, and solutions for clients.
