Transformational Category Growth Leader

We are seeking a commercially astute, strategically bold and execution-driven category leader to transform our Value-Added Products & Services business into a high-performing customer-centric growth engine.
- Lead the category growth plan with full P&L responsibility.
- Drive omni-channel sales performance including a new digital growth engine.
- Expand the portfolio through customer-led innovation and supplier partnerships.
This is a category growth leadership role with genuine scope to shape the future of our Value-Added Products & Services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven record of delivering multi-year commercial growth in a product or category leadership role.
- Direct experience with P&L accountability and strategic category management.
- Background in omni-channel sales strategy with demonstrable results in both physical and digital environments.
- Strong influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
