Category Growth Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our Men's Sportswear categories across select customers through strategic category planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend digital market meetings, present product ranges to customers, coordinate buy sign offs, place orders with international teams, and recap follow-up activities.
- Ensure that collections sold in Footwear & Accessories align with positioning/marketing requirements and meet budgeted financial metrics (sales, gross margin, stock turns, and profits).
- Provide business reporting insights on all aspects of the Footwear & Accessories channel.
About This Opportunity
This role requires demonstrated experience in category management or sales assistance within a wholesale environment, preferably with an international brand working across multiple categories. Familiarity with SAP and Qlikview is preferred, along with strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Additionally, this position demands strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication skills with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
