
Category Growth Strategist

This role drives commercial outcomes across ScotchBlue™ Painter's Tape and 3M Safety portfolio. As the category expert and thought leader, you will leverage data and analytics to unlock insights, identify growth opportunities, and convert them into executable strategies that deliver measurable results.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute category growth strategies for ScotchBlue™ Painter's Tape and 3M Safety, underpinned by data-driven insights.
- Analyse sell-in, sell-out, POS, and market data to identify performance drivers & drainers, translating findings into clear commercial actions.
- Track sequential growth to ensure consistent delivery of sales, margin, and operating plan commitments.
- Manage the NPI process end-to-end, collaborating with Global, Area, and Country stakeholders to deliver timely launches that hit margin targets and accelerate category growth.
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering commercial outcomes in category management, commercial strategy, or analytics roles within FMCG, retail, or industrial markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capability, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a history of partnering effectively with Key Account Managers.
