Job Title: Brand Transformation Leader

Leverage deep consumer insights to drive strategic direction and propel brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of category and consumer trends to create innovative, long-term brand strategies.
  • Craft and implement brand strategies that meet business goals and growth targets across various markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create a 3-year innovation pipeline that drives category growth and meets consumer needs.
  • Lead communication strategies and rolling 12-18 month media plans to build brand equity.
  • Efficiently manage brand performance and provide accurate monthly forecasting.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working within either FMCG and/or the pharmacy industry.
  • Demonstrated strengths in leading brand strategy and execution coupled with comprehensive understanding of brand planning and innovation management.
  • Strong project management and cross functional leadership skills.
  • Commercially & financially savvy including sales and margin tracking, and advertising & promotion effectiveness.
