Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Case Managers in building technical capability and driving performance within the team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CTP claims and results-driven experience. You will assist in achieving team targets and provide specialist advice to Case Managers on claims management, review approvals, assist with settlement offers, and attend conferences with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Case Managers in building technical capability and driving performance within the team.
  • Provide specialist advice to Case Managers on claims management, review approvals, and assist with settlement offers.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to improve customer outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of CTP claims.
  • Results-driven experience in claims management.
  • Analytical skills, negotiation, conflict resolution, legislation understanding, excellent customer service, time management, and proactive approach.
