Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for Outdoor Furniture

We are a leading wholesale distributor of outdoor furniture across Australia, based in Blacktown NSW.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing key relationships within your territory, driving sales growth through strategic planning and analysis, and achieving targets through product presentations and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an effective territory call plan for existing and identified new customers
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet anticipated customer needs

Requirements:

  • You must be able to work autonomously and be accountable for your customer base and region
  • Frequent territory travel is essential, requiring a sales-driven, vigorous, ethical, and customer service-focused individual
  • A high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mathematics is desirable
  • Experience in the outdoor furniture market is essential, with a strong understanding of the retail sector
  • A minimum of 12 months relevant work experience is required

Estimated Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with industry rates, skills, and experience.
