About the Opportunity

Stryker Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team in Victoria and South Australia.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving sales growth across your region, building strong business relationships with key industry players, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of success.
