Business Development Associate

This innovative venture leverages the strength of one of Australia's largest and most trusted novated leasing providers, empowering individuals to achieve their dream of owning a car while minimizing complicated leasing administration.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThe Partner Associate will collaborate closely with the dealer channel, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners, and other key partnerships to educate on novated leasing and drive digital strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead generation through effective database management
- Novyted leasing growth and expansion
- Brand advocacy through various channels
This role requires establishing strong relationships within the State to foster long-term strategic alliances, providing exceptional service to partners, facilitating onsite education presentations, and identifying opportunities for increased lead generation and novated leasing growth.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this position, you will need:
- A proven track record in account management and relationship building, with experience managing a portfolio of accounts in a sales-focused environment
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage workflows via databases and possess intermediate computer knowledge
- Demonstrated experience using digital sales tools
