Enterprise Business Development Associate

This senior role in DoorDash's Enterprise Restaurant team is responsible for promoting the strategy, project planning, and relationship management of key clients. You will develop growth plans and lead the daily execution for a portfolio of brands. To be successful, you will need to develop & own important reporting needs with our clients to provide insights, project manage large-scale enterprise merchant launches and initiatives for our top brands, and oversee continued operational success for existing clients.
Key responsibilities include overseeing partner specific needs (e.g., POS integrations, customized reporting, menu optimization, merchant marketing, operational improvements) and working cross-functionally to serve as the liaison between our partners and DoorDash teams. You will build direct relationships with important partners throughout each brand, ensuring client needs are met at all levels. As a senior associate, you will report directly to the Strategic Engagement Manager Lead Enterprise Partnerships.
Qualifications for this role include 1.5 - 4 years of experience working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions, strong project management skills, and a passion for working directly with clients to create and maintain long-term relationships. You will also need to be able to take broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear goals.
