Role Overview
This role has emerged due to significant business expansion, and we are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to drive new business initiatives while nurturing key client relationships throughout the designated region.
Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, plus Superannuation and a $25,000 vehicle allowance, along with uncapped commission opportunities.
The position offers a degree of autonomy, managing a portfolio of essential clients daily while pursuing new business through strategic sales efforts, market exploration, and relationship building.

- Deliver product presentations to clients, proposing suitable lighting solutions that align with their requirements.
- Translate technical specifications into customer advantages, understanding the broader system applications of our offerings.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a background in lighting sales, with experience in selling related products within the industry. While a background in interior design or architecture is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Candidates from adjacent sectors such as furniture or flooring sales are also encouraged to apply. A polished appearance and a strong drive to achieve sales and network effectively in the field are essential.
