Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to provide exceptional administrative and clerical support to our team in Kalgoorlie. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing our reception, phone enquiries, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team, including payroll processing, service invoicing, and customer support
- Manage our reception, respond to phone enquiries, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Roster: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- A competitive remuneration package, estimated at $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated experience in purchasing, invoicing, payroll, and procurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and customers
- Strong customer service abilities
- Current driver's license
