Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Site Support Administrator to join our team in Kalgoorlie. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commercial operations, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, lenders, and customers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be proficient in SAP, email management, and office software, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise procurement requests in SAP for goods, services, lease, and projects for all maintained sites, including work orders and materials supply.
  • Process invoices and service entry sheets for raised purchase orders via the 4S inbox portal.
  • Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and deliver world-class service to our customers.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute internal and external mail and courier items.
  • Oversee general office management operations and perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
  • Make freight bookings via the Cora Freight Portal.
  • Raise new vendor requests and assist with queries related to orders/invoices and payments.
  • Work within a high-traffic shared inbox.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
