About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Kalgoorlie. This is a full-time position that involves providing administrative assistance to support the operations of our minerals preparation and analytical laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and support clients' needs by leveraging phone and email professionally to support client enquiries
  • Assist the Laboratory team in daily administration tasks, including data entry and general filing duties
  • Follow up on client invoice queries and provide basic accounts duties auditing invoice accuracy against client-issued quotations
  • Support laboratory team needs, including managing roster and liaising with courier companies (bookings and receiving)
  • End-of-month account reconciliation and provide back-up reception relief as required
  • Assisting with recruitment, including new starter onboarding and paperwork
Requirements
  • Good alpha/numeric skills and strong language skills to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
  • Strong computer skills, experience with the MS Office suite, and Pronto experience is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to collect, interpret, and manage data efficiently and accurately
  • A hands-on attitude to a variety of tasks, customer service experience or aptitude, and well-presented with a friendly team manner
