As an integral member of the People team, you'll work closely with our CEO and Chief People Officer to manage executive priorities while creating a welcoming, well-organised workplace where teams can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, communications, and meeting coordination.

  • Ensure seamless experiences for visitors, contractors, and employees alike.
  • Plan engaging events, from monthly team socials to larger company offsites.
  • Support onboarding, making new joiners feel welcomed from day one.
  • Partner with the P&C team to help embed culture across the office.
  • Be the friendly face for first-day experiences, and the organiser behind the scenes.
