Workplace Health Programs Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to coordinate workplace health programs, ensuring the wellbeing of employees.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive health initiatives for assigned clients.
  • Provide recommendations on wellbeing programs that align with organisational objectives and employee needs.
  • Utilize professional background to provide health checks, nutrition consultations, group training sessions, clinical development, and content creation.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring all services meet quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning & Implementation: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate workplace health programs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide recommendations on wellbeing initiatives supporting customer cohorts.
  • Health Service Delivery: Utilize professional background for practical implementation of health services.
  • Risk Management & Referrals: Follow up on high-risk participants and facilitate referrals into mental health services.
  • Team Support & Operations: Assist in operations of Physical Health services and support junior staff or health professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in health program coordination or a related field.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
