Workplace Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking a Workplace Wellbeing Specialist to contribute to the delivery of initiatives and programs that support our strategic direction on physical and psychological wellbeing, health and safety.
This role will be an integral part of our organisational development team and the subject matter expert for workplace health and safety at our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop and administer initiatives and programs to enhance the wellbeing, health and safety of our workforce.
- Manage the wellbeing, health and safety management system to meet legal obligations and maintain compliance with relevant legislation and codes.
- Engage, consult with and collaborate with leaders, HR business partners, the risk team, the workplace health and safety committee and other key stakeholders.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
- Return to work certification (desired).
- Experience in implementing wellbeing activities and programs.
- Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and its application.
