Job Opportunity: Workplace Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Workplace Wellbeing Specialist to join our workforce risk management team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services that improve the workplace wellbeing profile and return to work outcomes for our Members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Member wellbeing and reduce workplace risks
  • Build strong relationships with Member councils throughout NSW to promote collaborative partnerships
  • Deliver training and employer resources to support Members meet their obligations and improve return to work outcomes

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or extensive experience in injury management, return to work, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Able to travel and have a current driver's licence to conduct site visits
