Workplace Safety and Wellbeing Manager
">We are seeking an experienced Workplace Safety and Wellbeing Manager to oversee our health safety initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of wellbeing strategies.
">- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Workplace Safety and Wellbeing team to ensure compliance with policy, guidelines, and legislation.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop priorities for the team.
- Lead the development of wellness initiatives based on data and risk.
- Assist in the promotion of wellbeing benefits for workers.
- Implement new strategies to enhance team engagement across the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience at least 3-5 years in a Workplace Safety role.
- Knowledge of NSW Work Health and Safety legislation.
- Demonstrated experience leading and motivating a team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
