Workplace Wellness Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive wellbeing and psychosocial safety across the organization.

This role will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive psychosocial strategy, strengthen key HR and safety processes, and foster a workplace culture that supports mental health, resilience and employee wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver and review a psychosocial risk strategy and program.
  • Establish governance frameworks and systems to ensure a safe system of work for psychosocial safety.
  • Enhance HR and Safety processes to better manage psychosocial risks.
  • Provide expert advice and support on complex psychosocial matters.
  • Analyze data from surveys and other sources to monitor risks and track program effectiveness.
  • Develop initiatives that promote wellbeing and a positive workplace culture.
  • Evaluate program outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, Occupational Health and Safety, human resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing wellbeing and psychosocial safety programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and Safety frameworks and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to manage complex issues with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy and action.
