About the Role:

  • Coordinate emergency and non-emergency requests under guidance.
  • Work with nurses and psychologists to pass on case notes for cases that require escalation.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure best outcomes.
  • Provide input into operational processes and functionality.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has experience in customer-facing roles or healthcare settings.
  • Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
