
National Workplace Wellbeing Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated National Wellness Professional to lead our clinical team and champion workplace wellbeing across Australia. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for a long-term future.

- Champion wellbeing strategies that make a measurable impact on organisational culture and employee health.
- Shine as a thought leader, representing us at industry events and contributing your expertise to the national conversation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver impactful counselling and case management, supporting individuals with care, professionalism, and purpose.
- Use evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and DBT to create meaningful change in clients' lives.
- Lead from within by managing clinical resources and nurturing the growth of a high-performing team.
- Be the voice of opportunity, responding to new client inquiries and helping expand our reach and services.
- Shape our story by contributing to engaging content and strengthening our brand across social media and beyond.
Requirements:
- You are a registered Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor with 3+ years of post-registration experience – bonus points if you have worked in EAP.
- You have proven leadership skills and thrive when guiding and inspiring clinical teams.
- Your communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities are second to none.
- You are deeply passionate about mental health and workplace wellbeing, and it shows in everything you do.
- You are a self-starter and a team player, ready to adapt and shine in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
- You are tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and open to occasional travel to connect and collaborate.
