
Claims Assessment Specialist

We are seeking talented individuals who possess a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. Our team is responsible for assessing damage and guiding customers through the claims process.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail. They will also be required to have a background in insurance, construction or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing damage to properties and determining the best course of action.
- Guiding customers through the claims process and providing them with regular updates.
- Working closely with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Providing expert advice and technical guidance to customers and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Background in insurance, construction or related field.
