Job Title: Compensation Claims Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled professional to join our team as a Compensation Claims Specialist.

  • The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing complex compensation claims, with a strong focus on customer service and case management.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of medical, financial, and investigative reports to make accurate claim decisions. You will also employ strategies to resolve claims efficiently while prioritizing the well-being of injured workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of personal injury commercial claims, ensuring that injured workers receive their correct entitlements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely case management and resolution.

The successful Compensation Claims Specialist will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with customers, and demonstrate compassion and empathy. Negotiation skills and high resilience are essential in managing complex, sensitive, and challenging matters.
