Claims Specialist Role

This position involves managing a portfolio of claims, investigating liability situations, gathering and analyzing medical and rehabilitation data to assess claim value and negotiate settlements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling personal injury or CTP claims, or legal background. Strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail are essential.

A sound understanding of NSW legislation is required, along with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to listen, build rapport, and communicate complex information effectively.

This role suits individuals who can work proactively as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service while adhering to legislative requirements.

  • Claim management, investigation, and settlement negotiation
  • Gathering and analyzing medical and rehabilitation data
  • Ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and timeframes
