About the Role

Are you a skilled professional with experience in handling claims or law? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Claims Advisor, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to resolution. You will work closely with solicitors, claimants, and other stakeholders to gather information, assess liability, and negotiate settlements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and manage claims from inception to resolution
  • Communicate with solicitors, claimants, and other stakeholders via phone, correspondence, or settlement conferences
  • Analyze medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to inform claim assessments
  • Ensure legislative compliance timeframes are met while reviewing reports and developing strategies to resolve claims cost-effectively
  • Negotiate claims settlements with solicitors in line with legislative, regulatory, and procedural guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service to the legislative authority, employers, and injured claimants
About You
  • You possess sound knowledge and experience in handling CTP or personal injury claims or Law
  • Tertiary qualifications, including Legal, Allied Health, or Insurance, would be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical skills and technical abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Pro-active and energetic team player with a positive attitude
  • Highest professional approach to all aspects of claims handling
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to listen, build rapport, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong administrative and written skills
